Stress is never good for health and I am not very good in dealing with stress, but meditation and music always manages to calm me down. Whenever I am worried and anxious, I make it a point to take time out and meditate. It helps me relax and find a positive side to think about. I try to meditate for at least fifteen minutes, and then after that I sit for ten more minutes and try to collect my thoughts. Music is another thing that helps me find that soothing feeling and both soft music and instrumental music does the trick. I play it loud and not on earphones, as that way I feel less claustrophobic, and eventually, I feel positive and find the energy to continue the day.
